Fully rigged 15:1 ILCA Harken Kicker with a harken key block and a Rooster kicker primary line which sets the maximum off position when the double block and becket reach the key block. The small rope handle is positioned at maximum off so when pulling maximum vang, its in your hand. The tail is then used to tie to the top of the centerboard handle so you can always find your vang line. Comes with the convenzionale Harken top and bottom pins. Check for quicker easy options to replace the pins.
